4、Whether the BMS is closed in the iron box, the Bluetooth signal is interfered, the effective connection distance is within 2 metres, and whether it can be connected beside the iron box.

4, check whether the RX, TX, GND communication line is reversed, whether the line is loose.
5, UART communication can only point-to-point communication, not point-to-multiple communication.

5、Check whether the RS485 A and B communication lines are reversed or loose.
6, RS485 communication can be point-to-point, point-to-multipoint communication, confirm whether the BMS board number address is modified, if it has been modified, you need to select the appropriate board number to communicate (default 1 board).

3、Measure the CAN-H and CAN-L communication line between the matching terminal resistance 120 ohm or 1K resistance, need to power off to measure.
4, measure the BMS RS485/CAN port CAN-H, CAN-L on the isolated ground (ABGND) voltage is 2.4V-2.6V (not connected to the CAN box communication harness to measure).
5、Check whether the CAN box communication wires CAN-H and CAN-L are reversed and loose, and whether the CAN box communication status indicator is on.
6、CAN box communication can be point-to-point or point-to-multiple communication, confirm whether the BMS board number address is modified or not, such as modification needs to select the corresponding board number in order to communicate (default board No.1).
7, CAN box communication module and the host computer compatibility issues (support Zhou Ligong CAN box communication).

2、After over-discharge, BMS still has discharge current, remove P-, sampling line, set multimeter to diode, black pen on B-end, red pen on P-end, measure the value between B- and P-, if there is 0.4 voltage or so, the discharge MOS has been broken.
3、No overcharge, overdischarge protection, remove the P-, sampling line, use a multimeter to measure whether B- and P- between the full conduction, such as full conduction, charge and discharge MOS or TVS tube has been broken.

2, the first power-up needs to set the rated capacity of the battery pack in the Bluetooth APP or the host computer software, a cycle of charging and discharging, the BMS automatically calibrate the SOC, if the battery pack capacity value is wrong, it will lead to an error in the logic of the SOC calculation, and inaccurate SOC display.
3, whether the battery pack is applied for a long time with shallow charging and discharging, the SOC error is proportional to the time, there is no regular charging and discharging cycle, the SOC is not corrected by full charging or full discharging, which leads to the SOC error and inaccurate display.
4、SOC rises when discharging, the BMS B- and P-terminal harnesses are connected in reverse, the correct B-terminal is connected to the total negative terminal of the battery pack, and the P-terminal is connected to the negative terminal of the charger or load.
5、The consistency of the battery pack is poor, the internal resistance of a string of batteries is different, due to the trigger of overcharging or over-discharging, the SOC end correction is 100% or 0%, it is necessary to replace the batteries with large internal resistance.
6、BMS collects abnormal voltage and current of single unit, which leads to inaccurate calculation of SOC, probability BMS has been damaged, contact customer service to deal with it.

1、Confirm whether the BMS configuration parameters or setup parameters are compatible with the battery pack type, BMS factory default lithium iron parameters, you can modify the parameters by selecting the battery type in the Bluetooth APP or the host computer software, refer to the instructions of APP or host computer software or contact customer service for the operation steps.
2、Confirm whether the charger specification is matched with the battery pack, whether the total output voltage of the charger is satisfied, if you don't know how to choose, you can contact customer service or charger manufacturers to answer.
3、The consistency of the battery pack is poor, the internal resistance of a string of cells is large, it is easy to trigger the overcharge protection, the BMS judge the voltage of the highest string of cells for overcharge protection, cut off the charging MOS and stop charging.
4、Through Bluetooth APP to check whether there is temperature, over-voltage, over-current and other alarm information, charging MOS disconnect, stop charging.
5、Restart the BMS by unplugging the red B+ line, whether it can be switched on or not, you can judge whether the BMS can be switched on or not by observing the BMS working indicator, if the indicator light is on, it means that the BMS can be switched on and work, if the indicator light is not on, the BMS is damaged, contact customer service to deal with it.
6, the smart charger needs to detect the battery pack voltage to charge, if over-discharge, the discharge MOS will be disconnected, if the smart charger can not detect the battery pack voltage, there will be no output voltage, then you can change to a blind charger charging, or connect the bluetooth APP to modify the BMS over-discharge protection value, so that the discharge MOS to restore conduction.

2、Connect with Bluetooth APP to check whether the configuration parameters such as undervoltage, overcurrent discharge and temperature are reasonable.

3、WiFi module device shows offline, re-plug the B+ wire of the BMS collection line end, and let the BMS re-power on. If the BMS working indicator light is not on, the BMS may be damaged; if the working indicator light is on, connect the WiFi module again.
4、Cross-verify the WiFi module or cross-verify the BMS.
5, whether the WiFi module is disconnected from the network, need to ensure that the WiFi module connected to the WiFi wireless network.
